Are you in the mood for fun, creativity, Life Coaching and spending some time just for you?
Imagine piles of glossies, Pritt sticks, flipping through pages and ripping out the pictures that appeal to you in order to create your personal Vision Board. You’ll flick through the glossies until you spot something that appeals to you. Rip the picture (or word) out and stuck it to your piece of cardboard. This creates a “Vision Board”. Aside from having the resultant piece of art on the wall to see your goals visually every day, there are a lot of clever interpretative things one can do with a Vision Board. London based Life Coach Karin Peeters guides your through an in-depth exploration of the (often subconscious) meanings of the images that you selected on your board.
Please have a look at this impression of previous Vision Board Session, and find out what an enthusiastic workshop participant is telling about her experience.
We as human beings have the tendency to look for answers in our head using the 'beta state' (the rational, analytical, thinking part of our mind), and at times it very insightful to use our 'alpha state' (the creative, visual, inspirational, playful, out of the box-part of our mind) to access new information. Making a Vision Board is a great way to gain new knowledge about your deepest desires and inner drivers and increases your motivation to act and change your life for the better. You have the possibility to book a Private Session or a Workshop.
When you tend to say “I don’t know what I want” (in my life, career, house, relationships etc), this is the way forward for you. Creating a Vision Board reveals what makes you tick and inspires to make it happen!

A private session with Life Coach Karin Peeters is 2 hours in length. During this time you'll receive some back-ground information about Vision Boards, you'll create the actual board (which you can take home afterwards) and you'll get your board analysed. This in-depth exploration of the often unconscious and symbolic meaning of the images on your board is often described as a very revealing and insightful process. To finalise the session you'll receive coaching to define your goals and develop an action plan in relation to the outcome of your Vision Board.
