Are you in the mood for an afternoon full of fun, creativity and Life Coaching?
Imagine piles of glossies, Pritt sticks, flipping through pages and ripping out the pictures that appeal to you in order to create your personal Vision Board. You’ll flick through the glossies until you spot something that appeals to you. Rip the picture (or word) out and stuck it to your piece of cardboard. This creates a “Vision Board”. Aside from having the resultant piece of art on the wall to see your goals visually every day, there are a lot of clever interpretative things one can do with a Vision Board.
We as human beings have the tendency to look for answers in our head using the 'beta state' (the rational thinking part of our mind), and at times it very insightful to use our 'alpha state' (the creative, visual, inspirational, out of the box-part of our mind) to access new information. Making a Vision Board is a great way to gain new knowledge about your deepest desires and inner drivers and the workshop increases your motivation to act and change your life for the better.
When you tend to say “I don’t know what I want” (in my life, career, house, relationships etc), this is the workshop for you!
Please check back soon for the date of our next Vision Board Workshop, held at The Park Club in West London.
