"At the most difficult time in my life I have booked several coaching sessions with Karin. I was quite depressed as my boyfriend has died of cancer the year before and I could not really see how to move forward. The sadness I was carrying with me was at times so overwhelming that it was weighing me down and preventing me from doing things I wanted to do. Also did I have issues with myself that I could not reach on my own.

From the first session on I felt very comfortable with Karin. She is a very warmhearted person and helped me through my problems step by step in a very gentle way. Not once did she judge me and that enabled me talk about everything that was bothering me. The most important aspect she discovered was that I was not very kind to myself. I was surprised by this as I was not aware of it and it turned me around completely. She taught me that there is a way out of depression and you can turn negativity around into something very positive. After just a few sessions with her I was getting better and could finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. I would not have believed this, but it was not feeling like hard work as Karin made it so easy and simple for me. She has got the ability to make you see for yourself where you get stuck.

My life has changed so much for the better. I am a much happier person now, I do not walk with my head down any longer and be able to reach out and as a result made new friends which feels so good. I found myself again and feel balanced. I have got a different outlook on life and feel I can determine the way I want to go. Nowadays, when I am feeling sad, I am able to accept it and know it is ok to feel like this without falling into a deep state of depression.
