Coaching for business managers, leaders and entrepreneurs.
This form of coaching is aimed at those who are in any way related to a business with the intention of making that business grow. Often the coaching client is self employed, but this is not a must. A coach helps you to define goals, supports you to recognise ways in which the business can improve, set realistic timeframes, and challenge yourself to achieve your end goals. Examples of Business Coaching subjects are financial success, operational effectiveness and overall business performance. With our accompaniment, you will explore the vision and the values of the business. More personal work-related issues can be discussed as well. This may concern your leadership style, time management, stress relief practices and work-life balance. Being at the top or being in a "one-person company" can be lonely; your affairs are highly confidential in many instances. A Business Coach is there at all times to be your sparring partner, motivator and a supportive anchor.
You often find that a successful Business Coach has personal start-up experience, is familiar with the business language and culture and can provide a confidential, independent sounding board.
A Business Coach is not a mentor, as a mentor is someone with thorough experience in the specific field in which your business operates, is usually older then the mentee and typically gives advice. A good Business Coach doesn’t need to know your area of work in order to provide excellent coaching services, because they are dealing with you on an overall personal and professional level.
