The coaching subjects can cover anything that is on your mind or in your heart, anything that you feel is ready for a change towards the better. Together we clarify and reach your goals and dreams. During the first face to face session we establish your goals and define the number of coaching sessions required. To kick-start their development, clients usually choose to begin by having one coaching session a week, and then fewer and fewer as they progress towards their goals. A three-month coaching period is often enough in order for our clients to observe a sustainable change. Most important to realise is that the coaching process is for your benefit. You will see how important it is never to lose touch with your wishes and well-being.
As part of the coaching we investigate strategies to get you where you want to be. This can be in the form of tailor made exercises and actions to perform in between sessions. We evaluate this new behaviour together, to find out what it supplies you and your surroundings with, where barriers arise and what the benefits will be once you reach your goals. Depending on your wishes, the personal coaching process can be very holistic. We promote a holistic approach that aims for balance in your life as a whole.
The relationship between you and your coach is founded on trust, safety, honesty and respect. When these fundamentals have been built we challenge you, investigate your boundaries and guide you where needed away from or into a comfort zone; all of this is done with humour and a positive state of mind. We help you to be ready to look at the difficult and maybe even painful parts and to learn and grow from what is going on in your life. We never lose track of your purpose, a state of all-round well-being.

Coaching sessions are face to face (in London and surroundings), by phone or by Skype. Coaching sessions are in English or Dutch and are 60 minutes in length.
