Vitalis Coaching & Therapy has been around since 2008. Karin does this work full-time, is an experienced coach plus qualified psychotherapist who continues to develop her skills constantly and her work is based on the official UK ethical code of conduct of the BACP and UKCP. What you bring to the sessions is important to you, and it's treated as such.

The coaching & therapy room is set within a peaceful courtyard, away from the busy-ness of London yet within an easy reach of your work or home.
Clerkenwell gives so much opportunity to prepare or wind down from your coaching or therapy session: you'll instantly feel at home in one of the cosy gastropubs, bars or the variety of (Michelin starred) restaurants (it's one of the city’s best destinations for foodies). Our personal favourite is to explore the cafés and indie shops that line the car-free Exmouth Market, which is literally around the corner, and has a delicious twice-weekly street-food market. You can also visit Smithfield Market or Leather Lane Market with food stalls catering to the local office workers, as well as fruit and veg.
We’re located just north and a bit west of the City, a short walk from the Square Mile. Ideal to clear your head and bring your attention towards your aims for our session. The area is bordered by Bloomsbury, Holborn, Islington and Kings Cross and is famous for the Clerkenwell Design Week and many art galleries.

Away from the hustle and bustle of life
We believe that our sessions benefit from coming out of your usual environment. Experience has shown us that the ‘psychological space’ provided by an off-site, neutral setting makes a very positive contribution to the value gained from the coaching.
Please do not arrive more than five minutes before the start time of your session. Ring the bel and mention you have an appointment with Karin Peeters. There is no need to reveal your own name. Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the reception area.
In the warmer months, we recommend you'd visit Spa Fields, a beautiful green park popular with office workers at lunchtime. It's less than a minute walk from our consultation room and just behind Exmouth Market.
